Hello....
I opened a new account in an office building that was closed down and renovated. The previous owner of the building abandoned an older Vendo 6 selectipon drink machine I moved to storage. Without a key, I tried to drill the lock, but it must be made of Kryptonite...used a new drill bit (not carbide or diamond) for stainless and harder metals and it hardly made a dent. I called a lock company...their guy came, scratched his head, and never called me back. Any advice?
Thanks!
Vic

Titanium drill bits is what your going to need, start with your smallest bit centering it in the center of the key hole, , try to go as deep as you can without breaking the bit( your going to break a few), after you get halfway, go to the next size bit and follow the same procedure. This may take some time, and bits, but once you get to 1/4 inch bit you will eventually break the lock free.

Thanks for the tip...only used smallest three bits, broke none, and machine was open in 10 minutes or less! I appreciate the help.
