I have a Wittern 3500 Soda machine and the condenser is icing up. Some of the product is freezing and exploding. What are some possible causes and how can I get a manual or find the thermostat on this unit?

the model 3500 is thermostatically controlled by your main electronic board located above yourvalidator on the inside of the door. to access free technical assistance contact us at www.vendohio.com and we will be happy to assist you. before making electronic adjustments, there are several mechanical type things that should be ruled out... such as door gaskets, condensor obstructions,etc.even the location of the sensor probe that goes from the evaproator to the board and its condition.
