I'm working on launching a new vending supply business called Voronoi Vending and would be very grateful if Vendingchat members would visit the website and provide feedback! The overall vision is to make it much easier, attractive, and accessible to start a vending machine business or grow an existing one. We do this by selling wholesale vending stock on a monthly subscription basis in order to simplify the restocking and procurement process. I'm starting out with specialty snacks and candy, but I would be adding a wider variety of subscription packages later on in order to cater to specific machine types (e.g. washroom, bulk candy, gym, poolside, etc.). Also shown on the website are designs for vending machines that I hope to manufacture and sell at a discounted price to subscribers. I also have a lot of ideas for other useful features to make available to subscribers, such as a maps application showing promising locations for the machines in a given region and sales statistics for each product.
What are your thoughts on this kind of service model? I would really appreciate any and all feedback as I try to assess the viability of this concept.
