What does it mean when a Dixie Narco Bill Validator blinks 3 times. It's not excepting any dollars, and I'm assuming its some type of code. Thanks

What bill validator is it? If its an Ardac, the code means that there is no soda in the machine, or the changer is out of coins. If its a Mars 2000, the code means the unit needs cleaned, (remove the bill box and the lower sensor board and clean the bill path and plastic windows for the opticals and the LEDs.) If its a Coinco, it means check the bill path, (remove bill box and lower sensor board, look for obstructions and clean the sensors.)
