Oh yeah, sure. Try to cut out the real repair techs by convincing people that one webinair will prevent them from having to ever use a repair tech again. Kind of a misleading way to get service customers, don't you think? There are lots of service techs who need the work to make a living and who might even buy parts from you.

This is definitely a conflict of interest for a distributor. You should be getting your service customers organically from your machine sales. Maybe you don't remember that a distributor is to sell equipment and then support what they sell and who they sell to. Leave the rest of us alone won't you?

AZVendor,

Our customers know what they are getting from us when they buy a machine from A&M. Which is Free Life-Time Technical Support, parts and the possibility of expansions. For all means, we are not trying to cut anyone from their business objections. Customers need to know the basic in repairs. As you have stated, one webinair will not prevent them from having to ever use a repair tech again. A&M wants to let customers know that there's a company that cares about Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction.

There's a lot of companies and repair tech that will sell just about anything to a customer and promise them the world until the end product is deliver. We want customers to study the market before investing their capital. A&M has a large numbers of Repair Techs in the field, which allows us to supply our equipment to all 50 States.

How could you possibly have repair techs to fix machines in 50 states? Since those will be techs you don't even know how could you possibly tell a customer you ship a machine to that they will get good service from "your guy" when all you would be doing is looking in the phone book for that market? Be honest, what you are doing is leading people on so you can sell a machine. Vending distributors like yourself are not part of the world economy, you're supposed to focus on your geographical market.
