We have a soda machine in our office and have decided to make drinks free, but can't figure out how. The machine has a Mars TRC 6200 mechanism and I'd like to know if there is any way to set it to not require any cash.

What kind of machine is it? If the pricing is done through the machine you just need it set all prices at zero but if the price are set in the coin mech you will probably need what we call a free vend cord. It basically is a cord that you plug in instead of the mech and then to get a free drink you just press the button on the other end of the cord to get a credit and then make your selection. Okay that mech is for newer or kinda new machines, that free vend cord is for the older type coke machines. The price setting for that machine should be done through the board. It depends on the type of machine as to how to change the price on it but if you are able to set all prices at zero then it should vend free drinks! I dont know all machines of course but if you post what type of machine it is or maybe a picture of the inside around the boards and the front of the machine, I would imagine that either me or someone else could help you.
