I have a dixie 501r 3 wide 5 single 3 deep. Columns 1,2,and 3 will not vend every time about every 4th to 5th time. Cam settings are set correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions?

here are a few areas we had problems with:
1 cam settings
2 side wall spacers need to be the right spacers and all the down in place.
3 if all that is correct make sure the motor is running when selected and check the motor shaft pin to see if is not broken.

we had more of the 3rd problem than the rest.

Sounds like a spacer problem or spacer problem. Also, is the motors timing set up properly.
