I have a few 147's that I would like to upgrade to MDB and also to retrofit the trays to hard wire connections. Has anyone done this with success.  I have read up on the MDB modification kit and it utilizizes a interface module.  They claim all you need is to connect some wires to the power transformer to get the needed 32 volts.  Any advice on this? 

Also on the tray hardwire modifications, basiclly all you need to do is drill and attach the small connector board to the tray rail and attach the wire harness supplied to the existing main tray harness that runs the back of the cabinet to the board. 

This all sounds fairly basic... but is it?

This is in reference to the "F" tray selection 0-8
Every once in a while the first item is missing from each of the five selections. No evidence of attempted break in or tampering with the delivery door. My suspicion is that the motors turn in reverse, is this possible? I have been unable to duplicate this problem with either test vend or actually making a purchase.

Any ideas? Bad interface board?

I checked one of my soda machines and the evaporator was completely frozen from top to bottom and side to side.
What can the problem be.

Need to find how to program a mars series 4000 coin mech. My current one has 4 tubes of 25 cents. I don't need the mech to stack dimes or nickles instead to drop them into the coin box.

I have a customer who wants energy saving drink machines installed. Currently I have three 720 Vendos that the owner wants replaced. My question is are the newer machines that much more cost effective. Which ones would you recommend? All of these locations are outside partially protected from rain by an over hang.
