I need to know what kind of creamer I can use. I have tried regular creamer, but it seems to be too sticky and clog the machine. Also, can someone please tell me where I can buy this specific creamer? Thanks for your help!

You need to stay away from store bought creamer. The only products you can get in a store are C&H sugar and maybe beans if you have a grinder machine. Everything else should be bought from a vending products distributor so that you get products that are manufactured for vending. Vistar has the best selection but you could have another distributor in your area.
If you continue to have problems then you have an issue in your machine such as the timing or volume of the water, the throw of the product or even the type of spout on the end of the canister (it should have two louvers).
