Hi team, so my snack machine motors are spiraling out all the product. There is one tray with two motors that vend two separate products. When you pick either one of those options the motor will not stop spiraling until all the product is out. Then it will give a credit back to the customer stating failed vend.
Can you tell me if that's a bad motor?

What is the model of your machine?  This sounds like a machine with guaranteed vend on it of which there are many.  If it's an AP machine you may have left those two selections out of the Goldeneye matrix so Goldeneye isn't monitoring them.

Someone told me it is the circuit board. Wouldn't that mess up the hole machine

Goldeneye is the guaranteed vend system from AP.  I tossed that out just in case it's what you had.  Saying it's a USI combo still doesn't tell me anything.   You must always post the model number.

From my experience with USI machines, i-vend will run the auger a second time if the optical sensor doesn't sense a vend. Next it will issue a credit is the second try fails. I would try switching a motor from a working selection to see if the motor or cherry switch is bad.
