Maybe I'm just dumb, but I've read the section of the manual about the gum and mint tray and I still don't understand how to get the tray to slide out. It says there's supposed to be a latch handle and all you do is pull on it...but I, for the life of me, can't figure out what it's meaning. I don't see any kind of handle to pull on. Any ideas? And I don't figure that gum and mints will sell very well, but I already have a few cases, so I might as well see how they do.

I am not familiar with this machine, but it should just slide out when you pull on it. It could be stuck, or the coin return chute, coin changer, or other accessory is blocking its path. Try to lift it up or wiggle it as you are pulling it out, and get down and look underneath the rack and on its sides, and make sure it isn't getting stuck on anything. Hope it helps!

I fiddled with it for probably half an hour and couldn't figure it out. I pulled on it every which way imaginable. I just can't figure out where I'm supposed to be pulling because i think there's supposed to be some kind of handle, or release latch.
