I have two "gumball" machines that have frequent empty vends. They have this problem with capsules and 27mm bounce balls. They both have the same internal vending wheel that has 1 small agitator arm. Is it possible to eliminate or minimize this problem? I was thinking about somehow adding a second arm to keep the product loose. One machine is a Seaga Mellenia and the other is a pro-line. Any input would be appreciated.

you have to remove the "Riser" from the gumball wheel so the m products fit. That is a common problem with vending products that are slightly over 1" like capsules or 27mm bouncy balls. The riser is the part that looks like a PACMAN under the gumball wheel. Let me know if this fixes it.
