The advertisement on their website says each machine can empty UP TO $300.

On average, how much each machine do you REALLY get?!?!

Also some more Questions regarding 1800vending.com's vending machines...

1. how many of their machines do you currently own?!?!

2. how many hours per month do you spend servicing your machines?!?!

3. what are the top selling items in your machines?!?!

4. what locations serve you the best as far as giving you the most money?!?!

5. how many days per month do you spend servicing your machines?!?!

6. what is the turnover rate (aka having your machine kicked out of the location) for your machines (if any) ?!?!

7. what is the theft rate of your machines (if any)?!?!

I am thinking of getting 50 of their machines and would like to know first hand experience about them first....

I know its alot of questions, but please bear with me as I am have been thinking of getting into vending (since around 2003) only havent done so yet because of lack of money... <_<

I can only tell you about the machines themsevles. In my opinion they are excellent machines. They look great and they function very well. I bought mine brand new from people getting rid of machines they couldn't locate. I would recommend that you get more info. about biz-ops before you purchase 50 machines directly from 1800. There are a few people who have purchased direct from 1800 floating around the forums.

vendiscuss.com is a good resource for info. also some of the other forums out there as well.

You are doing the right thing by asking these questions upfront. Continue to get as much information about this as possible and make your own decision.

Check out some of the forums and get some replies to this post before making a decision on that kind of investment. You could do just as well buying machines elsewhere and paying a locator to locate them for less money. 1800 is a good biz-op if you are going to go that direction but in my opinion they are overpriced. I would strongly recommend staying away from biz-ops. But for you that might be an OK move.
I have not purchased from 1800 but I do know a little about them. I have gotten some quotes from them on business packages. You would be amazed at how much money you can save on 1800 machines. (for example, we paid $386.00 for 3 brand new 1800 machines shipped to our door.) The machines are excellent machines though and I always recommend buying them from people who purchased a large block of machines and can't get them located. I have 4 1800 machines and I like them a lot!!

OK it seem like I'm rambling a little. I will say that the machines are great but to buy from 1800 directly you will pay more than you need to. I would also recommend starting small and working your way up to 50 machines.

You are asking the right questions though. Keep researching and talk to people who have purchased from 1800 also.

Regards,

David

Do NOT buy 50 machines. Do not buy 1800 vending machines. Buy 12 machines(singles) and 6 stands from Northwestern or Oak and put out 6 double head machines. Better yet buy half from each. See which one you like. See if you like vending. And ALWAYS remember the vending industry has tons of scammers.

Well, I don't have their machines either but I can tell you something just from my own observations...

You don't find too many people on these forums who have many 1800 vending machines. Why? Generally because they have given up already. You will find a lot of 1800vending machines abandoned, not to say you won't find other brands abandoned as well.

They are just too expensive. Like I have said in previous posts. Buy used Vendstars if you want triple heads with canisters. You can find very cheap used ones online. I have guys on my forums who buy them for $20 used, and they look brand new. There are so many of them available on the internet it is crazy.
