I bought a snackshop 5000 for the shop. I did not have any vending knowlage what so ever about vending machines. The 2s don't work A2, B2, C2, ect. I looked at the board and do not see any burn spots or defects. I tore the number pad apart and I did not see any reason why it would not work. I went thought the wires and all I see is factory work done to it, no modifacations. I got a manual for it but id dose not go into that type of trouble shooting. Any one know what the problem may be. At least the soda machine I bought don't have any problems. The next machine I by is most likely be pretty close to as new as I can afford. This vending thing is getting addictive. Already working on my next location. thanks

I have a snackshop 6600 and one day soon after I filled the machine on my weekly run, I got a call from my account saying that a certain selection didn't work. I went back that same day and when I got there, I checked it out and found that none of the 4's worked. Anyway, it turned out that a connection in the wiring came loose when I pushed back in the sliding compartment that held the DBV and coin mech after collecting my money. It was a simple fix. I just pushed all the way in the connection in the wiring. In my case, the connection was just above the DBV. I hope this helps.
