Just purchased a ROWE 4900-JR from a guy off craigslist who is in the business. Not sure if he pulled a fast one on me or what. He displayed that the machine took money, vended properly and distributed change. I have the machine inside the building now, loaded with goods and I cannot press the selection buttons without putting in money first. For example, if I press 12, which is 1.25 it does nothing, once I put the money in, I can press it and the machine will vend; however, no bills are accepted. He showed me that it accepts bills before I bought it.
Any ideas?
