Hi,does anyone know how to set up a kenco duo bean to cup machine.i have the manual but it dont make sense.i cant get the amount of water right and i want to change the selection of some buttons.if anyone lives near me i will pay for it to be set up correctly.im in mansfield area

I have plugged my machine in after a lot of cleaning and it heats up water and rotates the cup caruosel but on display says (sorry no selections available.Although i have not filled the machine i have put a few cups in 3 of the columns enough to operate the switch.Can anyone tell me what to do or test here.
