Used bulk machines

I have found some used bulk machines that a guy is selling because of health reasons. He is selling them for $50 each, they are triple head and single head machines, the machines are made by "Northwestern". This sounds like a good deal to me but I need some help because I'm new at this. If someone reads this please, please reply to this ASAP. Thanks in advance for your reply.
