Hey guys Iam in sort of a delima... First let me give a brief back view of the situation..

I contacted someone who was interested in a soda machine, met with the manager and everything was set she just had to fax the info to her manager and was suppose to fax me the agreement back. I gave her a day & when i didnt receive it I tried calling her back with no luck. Two weeks later I found out that a new management came in and the previous agreement was void. She told me to cb in August and this was the end of june.

Now this is my delima
I met with the office manager the meeting went great! She told me all she had to do was get her regional to sign off on it (Which happed to be in town this week) and were set. This was Thursday Aug 28th. Coundn't get in contact with her Friday. Monday was a holiday. Tues I clled and left a message with her assistant, Wed I called and left another one. She still has not cb.
I don't want to seem like a pest but at the same time she did tell me that they wanted a machine and this is a pretty good location it has about 70 apartments. I ve never experienced someone not being upfront and just avoiding me.... What should I do now?

HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT TO FOLLOW UP WITH A MANAGER WHEN I LEAVE MY CARD AND SALES LETTER?

I'VE HAD A FEW MANAGERS TELL ME THEY WOULD LIKE ME TO DROP OFF SOME INFORMATION AND THEY'LL TAKE A LOOK AT IT.
I WAS THINKING ABOUT A WEEK JUST TO GIVE THEM SOME TIME TO GO OVER THE LETTER AND HAVE MY NAME STILL FRESH IN THEIR MEMORY.

I ALSO THINK THE NEXT TIME SOMEONE SHOWS INTEREST BY ASKING ME TO LEAVE THEM SOME INFORMATION BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TIME TO SPEAK WITH ME I'LL ASK WHEN COULD WE SET UP A MEETING TIME THAT 'S BETTER FOR YOU.

WHAT ARE YOU GUY'S OPINION ON THIS? ALSO HOW LONG SHOULD A MEETING LAST?

Iam wondering if I should include color photos of a snack/or soda machine when I locate?

I've had someone ask me to send them photos along with prices.... Does anyone know where I can find photos of soda machines and the dementions?

I would like to hear from you vendors who already have serveral locations. Tell me, how many or what percentage of employees make up the bulk of your routes? ( ie 60% have 10-40 employees, and 40% have 50 or more employee). Excluding routes in high traffic area where you can't really state how much traffic... Iam just wondering because it seems that alot of biz I've come across have 25 or less employees.

Can anyone here in the forum recommend a good locator they have used.
Also I would like to here about your experience with locators good or bad. I know that locating yourself is the best way and I agree; however; as a supplement when someone doesn't have alot of time to locate themselves a locator could be beneficial.
