I made mush the same mistake, my first machine was a 1-800 vending (Seaga).  The machine isn't to bad but I can tell you that it isn't built with the same quality as USI or National/Crane and I'm fearful of the problems I will have in the future.  Since my initial purchase of a Seaga machine, I have since only ordered Crane/National, you will find all the same available options but with a much more attractive and well built machine.  I have several Crane Media Combo machines and they are great.
