Anyone ever see a need to use a legal form when making an offer to buy someone's candy route? Does anyone have a pre made form to make a offer to buy a route. Thinking of buying a candy route of 75 machines, trying to make my offer look profesional even though I know the owners. Other than a transfer of ownership letter for the physical machines, what esle should I get from the seller? Any help would be Great

U-turn Route

Have a chance to buy a route of 85 locations of Uturn 4 select machines, in upstate ny area. What do you think this size route would be worth? Have not seen the books yet but have been told the locations average $25-30 a month. Is 20k to Much?
