need help for a dn 501e

I just set up a used dixie narco 501 e that i bought. It has 9 columns. some are set up for bottles with the shims puchs back. I filled up the ones that were set uo for cans with cans. I followed the instructions and set the brown cams to position 1. I tested it repeatedly and sometimes all the selections vend twice while other times they do not vend at all and it keeps the money. Please help me out as i already have this on location and the people need their drinks.

I just purchased a dixie narco 501e and a 600e. they are both used for cans and i was wondering about the proper way to fill them. the 500e has what looks like tubes the catch a can and then dispense it. it seems like i can put cans three columns back and just load it up. Is this the proper way? These are my first stack drink machines. Any help is apreciatted. Thank you Baruchi

Hi I recently placed an AMS combo machine in a medical center. This is in a fairly busy area and was expecting a lot more business. The machine has been on location for a month and the numbers are as follows. Gross: $645 commision is 10% gross. My profit is about 50% of the gross after commission. I was expecting much higher numbers from this account. What do you guys recommending as high volume sellers. All my other accounts cater to children and what sells like crazy there is not moving here. What do you guys recommend (drinks and snacks)

someone in my area is selling a gaines combo machine that is located in a medical center right in the middle of my route. he wants 3900 for the machine and the location. the location nets 300 a month after commision and all costs. the machine is on location for 3 months and will only do better in the summer. let me hear some feedback from all...
