They will not sell parts unless you have purchased at least one machine,I ordered parts from them yesterday and didn't have any problems . I did not buy the machines from them. Just call them.

Sounds like if you didn't buy the UTurn machine from the company they will not sell you parts. Keep that in mind folks.
