Maybe I am not understanding what you are asking. but based on what you are describing, If you get ANY snack machine with the clear glass front where the customer can see the actual product, then you can put anything are heart desires in there. Chips? candy? etc. all you have to worry about is setting the proper price for the item.

I have seen the CC type at Walmart. But obviously they can afford it. most places that will do CC processing for you (under $100,000/yr) often like to charge around 10-20cents/transaction plus 3% of the initial charge.
IE, $1.25 for a bottle of soda, 10-20 cents for the fee and then 3% of the amount. Your looking at around 11-21 cents just to accept someone's CC. To me, that is too dang much to be spending just to sell someone a Cold drink.

What size sodas are you selling? Also, if your machine doesn't have a bill acceptor, you must realize that anytime someone wants something to drink, they have to come up with $1 in change.
If you are vending 12oz cans, then you are making a killing off those. Although I don't have the type of machines you are talking about, I would be thrilled to avg, as much as you are per week.
Pretty much it all boils down to how much of a profit you are making. If you are not making at least or more than 50 cents profit per soda at $1 then it appears to me that you need to find a cheaper place to get your sodas.

in my area, the only way to go, unless you own your business is to have 6 machines setup. Coke, Pepsi, RC cans and the same for bottles. For cans: Coke .40 Pepsi .35 and RC .30 The bottle machines are running $1.25 for coke and pepsi and the RC is running $1
I can get the cans cheaper at wal-mart than I can from my bottler. Right now pepsis are costing .25 coke is at .29 rc is at .23
Guess I need to find out where the other vendors are getting their cans, Based on my supply and selling around here making 7-10 cents profit/can, doesn't really seem worth the trouble.
