The 2 hospitals that I service have 150-170 employees.

The location of the machines in the hospital will have a lot to do with the volume of sales.

In one of the hospitals I moved the snack machine from the basement next to the cafeteria to the main floor where everybody walks right past it, and sales doubled immediately.

Try to put it near the main entrance and/or the ER. Employees will know where it is and go to wherever it is, patients and their families will be your biggest customers. Put it where they can see it and they will buy.

thanks for the info

Hospitals are great accounts.
I have 2 small rural hospitals in Louisiana.
One is snack only and does about $200 per week.
The other is snack, Pepsi, and Coke and does about $550 per week.

Large hospitals can be demanding, and highly competitive but should also be highly rewarding.

Is this a small or large hospital?

it has 200 employees and going to add on
