"what's the difference between 25 and 28 skittles when they are in your hand or in a paper bag?"
What is with the 'paper bag'? I am new to vending in Latin America and was recently asked by a client in Costa Rica if we supplied bags for his location. Is this like kids or adults fill up bags with multiple vends or is it like we saw in Canada where the had a Dixie cup dispensor attached to the side of the nut vendor?
