Beaver vending equipment is the BEST bulk vending equipment money can buy. Spend the money and have trouble free machines that will LAST forever. I have 500 heads on the street ALL beaver equipment (except for my Sports Zone and Sports Blaster Machines). Some of my equipment is OVER 20 years old and runs like new. You get what you pay for. Good luck.

How much do beaver machines cost around? I couldn't find a price on there website.

Yes, Kevin, they have consistently been going up the last 16 months with M&Ms being hit the hardest. They used to be less than $6 a bag when I started and now are 9.14. Most candies have gone up 1.50 to 2.50 a bag. There is still money to be made, but I'm cutting back my portions quite a bit.

Thanks,
Mark

Yes it is quite pricey I paid $7.98 for bag M&Ms

In Topic: Please HELP!How approach possible locations?

Hi everyone

I recently purchased 10 4head bulk candy machine in December 2009

And having trouble approaching and getting people to let me locate my machines.
I get a lot of people say they are to messy and don't want grinding into the carpet.

I would like some tips on how to approach and win over the business owners.

I have a charity that I donate too and I have a great distributor.
I have only one machine in use rite now. How do u locate and convince people to allow me to locate
at their business?
Any help and advice would be great. Thanks everyone

Thanks, Mark that helped great and I hope to soon place my machines. I have placed 3 more last week since my post. But my trouble is I'm a broke college student and having trouble funding the machines start up. Beacuase there so big machines. I figured I have spend $50 at sams club just to fill one machine and worried about ever getting ahead and my machines making money. I wish and like find a better distributor. How much is an average start up and should I go with less popular candies? I put in the top brands. Is there generic brands like other items have generic brands. Or is $50 usually the average cost to get machine up and running?

when I started in the vending business about 10 years ago, I bought 30 double headed bulk candy machines. I also got 30 locations along with my purchase. Most of the locations they provided were very poor. I don't have any of my original locations and have relocated all of my machines myself. I think it best to try and get into places that you do business, and of course, have the traffic neccessary to support a machine. I know there is a fear of rejection that holds alot of us back.......I have 5 machines right now that I would like to relocate to greener pasture...and the one sitting in my dining room isn't providing much income either.....

Hello Everyone,

I'm very freshly new to the vending industry just purchased 10 used bulk candy machines yesterday.

But I'm doing to like I did my other business. I use to run my own Lawn Care business.

And when I started out I started out with a 21" mower and ford ranger

With in two years I had over 30 accounts and Commerical accounts F-150 14 foot trailer and two commerical mowers.

I thrive and drive off rejection. It fuels me more to keep going and land a location or win the lawn bid I wanted.

And just like lawn industry you have to vend great product and do great work. And word of mouth be your best advertiser you can have.

I perfer to do this and become friends with the locations and have a one on one relationship with the customers. Because you try to meet all there needs and visit with them. And just tell them to pass along your name and services. You think when I started my lawn care business as a quite little 16yr old I knew what I was doing HECK NO! Grab bull by horns ladies and gentleman and like posted " Just do it" You have nothing to loose so one location says no always more. Skys the limit so go for it and let nothing hold you back. Sorry I ranted Just my 2cents just do it
