I have a dixie narco 501T vending machine. The vending machine keeps displaying --.--

The normal display screen would be blank with just a decimal point. However now there are four dash's and a decimal point in the middle. I tried pressing the reset switch or the white door switch and nothing seemed to happen. I was turning the coin mech before that (mars trc6000).

Now with the --.-- screen, i can not even enter the service mode. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Does anyone know what could be wrong? I was thinking that maybe its the fuse, however, i could not find the fuse near the control board, can anyone help with that?

I have a genesis combo vending machine (which I regret I got).

It is the GO137 model, the sodas do not stay ice cold. It stays cold but just not enough, after someone buys a soda, and they keep it out for about 5 minutes.. they will almost be room temperature. I tried turning the temperature knob up however it still does not stay cool enough... i was told by someone that i probably need to clean the compressor so the air can circulate. So i opened the front part of the machine at the bottom, and i could see a little thing that looked like filter and i cleaned the dust. However it was very small little filter. I cleaned that out and it still did not work. So i am thinking that maybe i need to clean something in the back, but when i openedup the back, i could not see anything like the filter that you see in a dixie narco machine that you need to clean.

Does anyone know where and what I can clean near the cooling unit or what i can do to get the sodas to stay cold again/

I have a Dixie Narco 501T vending machine (Multi Price). It is using a ARDAC USA15 Bill Validator, and for some reason the dollar bills get stuck/jammed so the next person who tries to insert the bill, it will not accept it. Does anyone have a solution for this?


Also, I was trying to find other dollar bill validators I can use for this model, and it seems like USA15's are no longer being manufactured. Does anyone know what replacement dollar bill validator will work as a substitute or replacement? Thanks
