contracts

My biggest client recently informed me that they would like to have new equipment and a contract. This is would be my first account with an official contract. Would anyone be willing to share a copy of contracts they use, that I could use just as a guideline? Black out any specfic details, i'm just looking for ideas and some legalese to make it appear I know what I'm doing. I'm not looking for anything lengthy. 1 page would be best, 2 pages at most. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me out.

I"ve got a Dixie 501 with a t handle lock that is not pulling the door closed tightly. It appears to have either a broken or unconnected clip near the inner spring closest to the plug lock. Can anyone walk me through a repair? thanks.

I'd like to start upgrading more of my machines to accept fives. Can someone tell me how I can tell which validator models are flash capable to accept the newest currency?
