I was prepping one of my brand new nw super 80 machines to bring to a location tomorrow and I started testing it, after several successful vends one time it took the money but no toy came out. So I tried it a bunch more times and after a while it did it again.

I went through about the entire machine full of toys and I think 3-4 times it didn't give a toy. How can I fix this?? Or is this normal? I didn't expect a brand new machine to do this... I thought maybe it might be some kind of issue with the wheel, so I took the top half of the machine off and swapped it for a different top half (from another brand new machine,) however after I put the 2nd top half on the bottom half and tried running many toys through it, this one failed a couple of times too. It's weird the handle turns just like normal but no toy comes out.

Please help! I'm supposed to install a machine tomorrow (well technically today since it's already after midnight!)

2" capsule sellers - what items sell the best and which supplier do you get them from?

I am looking at some used machines and I found a guy that has some decent ones but he has a pair of beavers with no keys. If I buy them, how can I remove the locks and replace them? Does it need to be drilled? If so, how do you do that?

I am trying to begin bulk vending in NY, specifically in Queens to start, but I am having a lot of trouble finding any information about what I need to do as far as getting any kind of license, registering a business name, paying taxes, etc. Can anyone provide me some direction?
