I have a single 501-E in front of my car lot. It was working flawlessly for quite some time and now it is acting up. What happens is this: sometimes my machine puts out the wrong product. i can unplug/plug the machine and sometimes this fixes the problem. sometimes not. is there a setting to, i suppose for lack of better terminology, move the selections around without swapping out the product id cards in the pushbuttons?

I have a single 501-E in front of my car lot. It was working flawlessly for quite some time and now it is acting up. What happens is this: put the money in and push the selection button. product comes out. ok. next time put money in, push button and either "try another selection" message appears or your money gets returned. I can open the macine and one of the cams/motors will not be turned far enough to release the micro-switch. i can pull out on the door button and the message "homing" apeears on display, the errant cam/motor turns to next cam notch and machine is ready to use again. it may act up several times daily or once a week. i have nothing but 12ox cans. any insight?
