Ok that sounds logical I kind of wondered if that was the problem but I didn't know what I was looking for. I will be going to the location this weekend and let you know. As far as part go I will gladly purchase them from you. Thanks for your help

Single price and it has the grey cam wheel. Also the stop switches that ride on the cam wheel always stop on the same notch I cant figure out why they keep doing that, the other motors  stop switches are a little off set from each other.

yes it is three deep  I think the cams are white but I cant remember, im going to service it tomorrow so I will let you know on that part of it.

I switched out the 2311 for a 2501 and it works perfect. Thanks for your input and time  AZVENDOR

its a 120v MAKA validator.  the mei 2501 has different settings than the 2311.  why do you think this 2311 should work?
