Check to make sure you have loaded the drinks correctly, stacked the column form the correct side, spacers set correctly etc. Most machines have a loading chart on the inside of the door, models vary. The switches on the delivery motor are bad about corroding internally because of the moisture generated by the refrigeration. These are on the homing cams under the metal cover on the front of the columns. If in doubt replace them.
It all depends on what you are moving. If you are moving snack machines on legs you need a pallet jack with forks 21" apart. If you are moving a drink machine you need a tall Stevens or Dutro dolly with the large kick back wheels or a Jansen organ and piano dolly, my favorite. Always use the best and correct equipment for moving machines. You can cause more damage to your equipment, your surroundings or yourself than you would think possible. Never move a drink machine loaded with drinks. I saw one slide off a truck into a plate glass window because it was so heavy once in started sliding it couldn't be stopped.
When the bill stuck, something was obstructing the bill or more than likely the belts are not pulling the bill all of the way in. This caused the unit to flash the blocked sensor code since the bill had it blocked. Check for obstruction like a burr on the plastic from someone sticking a knife in it and check or replace belts.
