Try yakaz.com. It's a classified ads search engine site. It will pull up ads from eBay and Craigslist and probably 20 other sites you never heard of. I try different key words when I search since people don't always say what brand of machine they're selling. (If you want new ones you can try vend3.com - that's the Chinese manufacturer that Vendstar sold the design to.)
I agree with Steve about hiring a trustworthy person. I have heard of some people that make sure the candy compartment and the cash compartment on their machines have two different locks. They just hire someone to refill the candy (only giving them the key to the top lock). They go by later and pick up the money themselves with the key to the cash box. This could minimize some of your work load and the risk of your money being stolen.
