Modifying a Crane National vending machine help!?

I have a crane national 145 vending machine.
I have it setup in a school, and I was wanting to put Chapstick in the gum and mint section of the machine (for the cold weather & chapped lips).
So the other day I put some in the machine and it would drop like 2 or 3 at a time. Any one have any idea how I could rig it so it would only drop one??
Any ideas!???

Where do you get Herr's chips for a cheap price? Herr's website has them but with shipping its too expensive. I'm looking to get the buffalo puffs with blue cheese at a good price. Any information would be great!!

Would it be cheaper to order snacks online with coupon codes rather than ordering at sams club? If you do this let me know where you get your coupon codes and if it's easier

Does anyone know where to get the flavor or box tops for the front of the Antares vending machines that fit the front divided pieces of glass? Example Sprite, coke, pepsi ect.

Is there a law that says a vending machine cannot be on during school hours in a private school in Texas? This is a candy and chips machine, not a beverage machine. Any help or links would be great!
