I am Back with a new name and business is going well

15 March 2008 - 06:03 AM

Hello everyone

My name is Frank (formerly sweetvends) and I have been in the vending business about a year and a half. I recently started a website selling bulk vending supplies, machines and specializing in laminated labels. I would like to introduce everyone to the site by offering a special of 6 free labels with the purchase of 12 or more. Just type the words “vchatfreebies” in the notes section when you checkout. These are the highest quality labels available and a real eye catcher that will improve your sales.

Please check us out at www.sweetstopvending.com

Thank you and good luck in your bulk vending endeavors
Frank

Mike & Ikes

I know you shouldn't use them in the summer but when I pulled them from 2 of my locations they wanted them back. I cautioned them that if they stick just give the machine a good shake but i read somewhere that you could dump them out on a cookie sheet and spray them with non flavored pam. has anyone ever done this?

any advice?
thanks

Anyone have experiance with ultrivend or ezvend triple machines?

18 July 2007 - 11:18 AM

I have a line on some and it seems like a good deal. The mechinism is quite different. but seem to work well. but with all this talk about double head or triple head i am not sure where to go. The only problem is I already have a bunch of vendstars that i need to place so sticking with all triples seems like it might be the way to go. I can get the 3 heads for about a third less the I can buy doubles for. Probably why not many people sell there double head gumball style machines.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts
Frank

Just Starting out and what candies are best and where?
Have only 5 out of my 30 triple head placed, 2 on my own, man was that tough, and 3 through a locator, $55 bucks a piece, ouch!
Anyway I trying to figure out what goes best where?
should you only keep a few items to minimize your inventory? if so what kinds?

car repair-?
resturant-?
Office area-?

Any thoughts
getting discouraged, but i am a dreamer and think it could do well

Just got a great deal on 30 vendstar machines

Made about 40 calls and 5 in person. All no's but 2 maybe's
This is very discouraging!
Locating service is so expensive.
hooked up with NCCS for a charity and made some brochures and some business cards.

Looks like this could be a bust!
Almost everyplace i think of already has one or more and the ones that dont dont want one.

Any thoughts? Should I stick it out?
