DN 501E JC-10 Error

I have a Dixie Narco 501E machine that I just picked up and am fixing. It was missing the control board and double column motor n the right side. The labels called for a red/grey motor which I installed and it still reads JC-10 error which I take to mean a jam in column 10. Am I looking at this correctly that DN numbers the columns from left to right rather than right to left like Vendo? Everything seems to turn fine by hand when I unplug it and the switch lever falls in the cam notch. Is it a bad switch somewhere or something?

Vendo not cooling

I have an older Vendo 407 that's not getting cold enough- 54 degrees overnight. The compressor and fan work no problem but it's not cooling sufficiently. Is there a simple fix or do I need to replace it with another refrigeration deck? Otherwise the machine is great! <_<

What's a good source to purchase the graphics for Vendo and DN machines ie: Lexan front signs and vinyl Decals?

What are the sources for graphics ie: side decals, lexan front signs for DN and Vendo machines and price ranges?

I'm interested in others experiences with branded vs. Generic graphics. Does it affect sales? It seems to me that a big screaming back lit Pepsi would really help in an outdoor location but in a break room everybody knows where the soda machine is already so generic is fine.

Suggestions?

Anybody got tricks for buffing the scuffs out of the Lexan front signs on soda machines?

Also I've got a machine with white paint on it in area that needs to be removed without damaging the machine paint. I think it's oil based paint not latex. I tried Goof Off to no avail.
