I have a second generation that I need parts for. Any suggestions where to look? I do need a control board and key pad. I can post pics if that helps. This is my first machine I am refurbishing.

The other day I noticed a message on the LED display of my DN 5591 glassfront drink vender. It said "INK NOW". Everything seems to work. It vends properly, takes bills and coins, gives back correct change, etc. The only thing wrong was that the LED display stayed at "INK NOW" no matter what (even when money is inserted which should have indicated the amount paid). Nothing in the manual refers to an "INK NOW" error message. Dixie Narco kept me on hold too long, so I left them a message. I pushed the service button and still no change. I unplugged the machine and plugged it back in to see if that would reset the display and then the display changed to "@". Trying that again resulted in "@@". A third time resulted in the entire display showing nothing but "@" for a minute or so and then a complete blank. After about 10 minutes of a complete blank no matter what I did, I finally gave up. As before, everything works, except that now there is nothing on the display. Any suggestions as to what I need to do?

I have the DN 2145 and it has a new display. I think possibly like last poster said bad display as mine displays "DRINK NOW"

I have the same machine. I found this on a quick Google search. Looks like they carry the spacers you are looking for. Just call them and ask which onees to get cause there are like 4 different ones I have and its critical you get the right ones. Maybe buy 1 of each to test them and then make the big order for what you need. I know I needed some for 16oz cans and for my red bulls.
