Where to buy cheapest candy bars

The prices of chocolate and soft drinks are expensive. Does anyone know of a good place to find the cheapest prices? I currently shop a Sam's but I recently found Vistar which has better selection on chips and pastries but no great prices on candy but drinks are fair. Is there anywhere that I can buy direct from a supplier by the pallet or something? I hate going up on prices and fuel is rising again.

No more cans?

I just spoke to another vendor in the area that told me that Coke is trying to phase out cans and go to bottles only. Has anyone else heard of this? I have several can only machines that will turn into paper weights if this is true. He said that this was supposed to happen by 2010 but they were behind schedule.
