Hey all,

I have a few Genesis Combo machines with two rows of large coils on top and one row of small coils on bottom. I put the bags of peanuts from sams in the bottom coils and my customer is telling me the peanuts are getting stuck. Also, in the large coils I put the big grab bags from sams in and a few of those are getting stuck as well. I don't think I loaded them wrong, maybe the big grabs and the peanuts are too big for the coils? Any experience?

Are the peanuts tight in the coil? Sometimes if an item is in a coil that is too small, they don't release properly. If they seem tight try the next coil size.
I'm not familiar with the Genesis but for the chips try making a karate chop type motion on the top of the chip bags before you close the machine. That will make at little v shape on the top of the bags and pulls the top corners inward. Sometimes when the bags are puffy, the top corners overlap the row beside and the bags don't release. If the bags are too puffy to fit the coils properly you can make a very small pin prick near the top of the bag at the back and squeeze a little of the "air" out. The bags are usually filled with nitrogen to keep air from getting at the product. Squeezing a little out will allow you to get fat bags into the coils more easily.

Just for reference, you can adjust the legs on the bottom so that the machine leans forward and let gravity work for you if it's getting stuck right at the end.
