I just bought a USI 25 selection lance snack machine(I Know its old but it did bring profit!). Last nite I checked the machine and it doesn't vend anymore.
-It will take in money and count money
-if you press a selection it does nothing (doesn't say to make another selection)
-it will refund money
-turning each of the 25 spirals does nothing(its almost like doesn't get power to motors)
-Free Vend doesn't work either

I've tried unplugging the machine it doesn't help! Any input would help with this situation, I haven't made enough money to hire a Technician to come and look at it.

If this is one of the "old" lance machines where if you turn the spiral by hand and the motor kicks in and completes a cycle. Then you could have a bad relay one of the two up above the coin mech. I dont have much expierence with these machines but I have had to play with a couple of them.
