I was prepping one of my brand new nw super 80 machines to bring to a location tomorrow and I started testing it, after several successful vends one time it took the money but no toy came out. So I tried it a bunch more times and after a while it did it again.

I went through about the entire machine full of toys and I think 3-4 times it didn't give a toy. How can I fix this?? Or is this normal? I didn't expect a brand new machine to do this... I thought maybe it might be some kind of issue with the wheel, so I took the top half of the machine off and swapped it for a different top half (from another brand new machine,) however after I put the 2nd top half on the bottom half and tried running many toys through it, this one failed a couple of times too. It's weird the handle turns just like normal but no toy comes out.

Please help! I'm supposed to install a machine tomorrow (well technically today since it's already after midnight!)

the dispensing wheel is not "homed".. With the coin mech out, put your finger underneath the dispensing wheel and make sure the hole is lined up. Put the mech back on and the machine will cycle correctly. If you dont have instuctions with the machine..maybe you can "google" Northwestern Super 80 to see a diagram of what I'm talking about..Good luck..
