anyone know how many grams of hot chocolate are in a standard 8oz cup? Thanks!

It really depends on the type of chocolate you are using. The manufacturer should be able to give you that number. An old chart I have states 32 grams but who know what type of chocolate that was for. Of course that is just the initial setting. You then need to adjust to the locations taste. Also, if you have an electronically controlled coffee machine, the factory settings do a pretty good job of getting you in the right spot.

Thanks for the info..I've got my cost per sale down per 8oz cup for coffee, decaf, sugar, and cream but got stuck on the hot chocolate..I'm a little ahead of myself and understand the AP machine may offer some assistance.. I came up with approximately $0.13 per 8oz cup (Reg or Decaf with both cream and sugar added) I've never operated a coffee machine so i'm trying to do my homework first. Thanks again!
