Does anyone have any tips on easy removal the goo from a lance sticker? Or am I destined to use two cans of goo off and three cans of elbow grease?

I read lighter fluid and soapy water, but I have never actually done this

Use olive oil and a scrub brush. Clean it up with a paper towel. I also have found that Lemon oil (not lemon extract.) Lemon essential oil works best of all.
