Hello,
My wife and I are new to the Vending Business and have started out with 25 Candy Boxes Vending Route in Kern County, California. Our route will be charity sponsored with the American Association for Lost Children.
Can a successful vending business (part-time) be made from the Candy Box Vending?

Are Bulk Head Candy Machines better? If so, why?

Thanks for the reply.

I think the bulk candy machines would do better. If you are talking about the Honor Candy Boxes I think you could lose money on some of the products being taken without people putting in money. It just depends on the location. It will also be more time consuming filling the boxes verse a bulk head machine that you might service once a month. Just my opinion. I think you just need to put them in and test how they will do. They might surprise you.

Depending on what part of Kern County your from there are alot of machines out there. My company is out of Bakersfield and we see alot of Los Angeles machines in town. Locators send people up from L.A. ,for the weekend, and they cover alot of places making 10% commission promises to the owners.

There are alot of good places for honor boxes in town but remember these spots are getting hit weekly and monthly by other vending machine operators.

Just a little advise....Look around town before you buy alot of machines.

Good Luck

I have had honor candy boxes out for a few years I just retired last year. I did very well with them I am in the Florida area my brother has them in NC and does well also. It depends on the type of location you are going after. Most of mine were in restaurants by the cashier were they could be seen I did all the locating myself. I used the missing children stickers. I have some used ones for sale if you are interested. E-Mail me questmktservices@earthlink.net
