Ive been looking at this location for a couple weeks now. He/She's reposted it a couple times, price has stayed the same. Wondering what questions I should ask and if its a good deal to you guys overall??? Been really slacking here lately as far as buying locations and need to get back on the ball and turn this into a BUSINESS and not just "extra money"! Thanks in advance, I always get GREAT advice from you all!!!!!

Price sounds about right. Will the location still be in business after 6-12 months? Need to find that out.
