does any one have a manual on a bill validator VFM3-L1-UC2S. i have bought a new soda machine
Model 501T/280-8
and i can not seem to get it to take bills and i can not seem to find a manual. any help?
the model number on the bill validator is VFM3-L1-UC2S and the model number on the coin mechanism is MC592ah
just trying to get it take bills.

You probably need new belts, or other service. The manual usually just has directions for programming and installation. Here is a link to it:

The VFM series is very old. Many important parts are not available any longer. If it for you personal use, then belts may take care of it. If you have it in a decent account, I would suggest you get a rebuilt MEI VN series. The acceptance is like night and day. You can find them from many good companies for a decent price. Just be careful of ebay and the like. You should get it from a company that warrants the product for at least 6 months.
