NEED HELP QUICK!!!!

I am currently looking into purchasing a bulk vending route with the following numbers.

300 Locations
650 machines on these locations (counting one Head per machine) Mostly older machines in good shape
Additional 250 machines in storage. Mostly older machines needing paint and cleaning
Contract with national charity
Owner sent charity Approx. $3000.00 last year
Owner works 3 hours per day about 2-3 days per week
Tax return for LLC shows 30,000.00 in claimed income with $60k in gross sales

How whould I value this route.

I would appreciate any thoughts.
