I have a soda machine that I changed out the MAG50B on and now the changer will take dollar bills,

dispense drink but won't give any change, the price for drinks is 50 cents. All help is greatly appreciated.

If the machine won't pay change then you have a problem in the coin mech and it will have to be replaced.  I sounds like your quarter payout is weak and can't pay a coin out.  You might also have something sticky on the payout slide and the bottom quarter is stuck to it.  If you need a rebuilt coin mech, shoot me a PM.
