My snackshop 113 has started dispensing one item from my number 5 row (every row A-G) every time I close the machine. I have tried the soft reset of unplugging and plugging it and still doing it. Any suggestions?

You might have a bad motor or a shorted motor wire on one of your shelves. Try to narrow it down this way: Open the door and pull every shelf out but the top one, including the gum/mint shelf. You only need to pull them out 2 inches so they aren't connected at the back. Now press on your door switch and see if the "5" motor runs after the machine scans itself. If not then push in the second shelf and press the door switch again. Do this for every shelf until you have either found which shelf causes the problem or you have pushed each shelf in with no problems. If the 5 motor(s) run when a specific shelf is in place then you know that shelf has the issue.
On the specific shelf look all the wiring over to see if there is a bare or chafed wire that could ground out. If the wires all look good, pull the wires off the 5 motor on that shelf and push the shelf back in. Press the door switch and if no 5 motors run now, your disconnected motor is bad.
If no amount of troubleshooting the shelves locates the problem then you need to inspect the wiring at the cabinet connectors behind the shelves. and the cabinet shelf harness all the way back to the logic board. If you don't find the problem in any of these components then you may need a new logic board. If you have another 113 machine you could borrow the board to try in this machine. It's not real easy to remove the board so you need to be careful when doing it and protect the boards in anti-static bags while out of a machine.
