What are the pros and cons between the two? I am having some trouble putting in the VN series in one of my older Vendo machines (its a 345), so i'm looking for another option. I see that the VFM's are substantially cheaper, which usually means a lot of features aren't there. The VFM looked a bit smaller so I thought I might be able to use it instead, but I don't want to get a validator that is far inferior from the VN series.

I have about 30 VFM validators that are not in use right now. The reason I dont use them is because they tend to jam and fail alot. VN series handles not so perfect bills better. I had alot of machines that could not use the VN series, AP 6000, and I decided I could make more money upgrading them with retrofits. At some of my accounts I experienced as much as a 10% increase with a better validator.
